Guy problems!!! HELP!?

OKay, so I'm a tenth grader and the guy i like is a 11th grader.. He's really cute athletics and so so smart. So, the first time we actually talked was at a sweet sixteen and he asked me to dance. We never talked before that. I have a twin sister who had gym cl with him last year and she said he was so sweet and funny. A good guy pretty much. So we danced and honestly I was creeped out because the whole entire time of the party he was literally looking for me: going around circles checking for where i was. I mean, we talked for a little while and I kinda gave him a notion of "IM CREEPED OUT!" Anyways, after that I was developing a crush on him. Well, im just going to throw this out there but when we were younger, he used to go or live at his grandmothers house and next to that house was my apartment building. My brother who is older and two cousins who visited all the time always used to play with him and I dont think I played with him I was too young my brother and cousins did. He knew them both. And my mother knows his family and all.. Its kinda weird. ANYWAYS... so at school I started to see him more often.. I mean he's in my lunch period and gym period one after the other. He owns a black car cause hes 17 already and im almost turinng. And to note another fact, my friend who is considered my cousin.. she has all cles with him and always talks about him. I mean does she like him! When i told her i had a crush on him she kinda jumped up and said i knew you did and hes cute and she gave me a weird vibe. She also mentioned that she has all cles with him and "we have one on one for 40 mins" okay.. so i think theres something weird about how she mentioned that.. She obviously knows I like him. OKAY SO NEXT... After that.. there were alot of sign between us.. Were both really shy. Im a gemini and hes a scorpio. But to the point.. theres some weird signs. one day I was dancing around with socks having no conscious.. I was singing out loud the uncials and didnt notice and I jumped and screamed and totally didnt know How weird... Is it? or its just me.. Oh, and were both ordathox.. Hes greek and this year I am learning greek as a course in school Also one day i was at a resturant and out of all people his mother and grandmother walked by and said hello. OMG AND ALSO!! when i was going to cheerleading practice... he was driving his car behind me with a nother friend and he raced right by me and he knows what car I have. It was weird.. like he was showing off. Consdiently, hes very athletic and so am I.. During fall season I play tennis and he plays soccer. Durng winter season I do cheerleading and he plays basketball and During spring season I play softball and he plays baseball but he sat our for soccer and baseball this year because he sprayed something I really dont know.. but getting to the point i dont know what to do.. Does he like me? We dont talk. How do we start! I get frustrated because theres so much signs out there that I didnt write down and What should I do?? help?
