Studying Abroad - I don't know which country to pick?!? 10 points!?

You don't have to know how to speak a foreign language in order to study there. Many places overseas teach english and therefore a lot of people can speak it a little-that is, enough to get your point across. Also, did you ever think about Ireland, Scotland, or Sweden? The first two speak english as their primary language (unless you go to some remote part where they only speak Gaelic) and Swedish is very close to English. I studied in Germany knowing very little and had the chance to stay with a host family (being engrossed in the culture and language helped a lot). By the end of my stay I was speaking a lot of German and to this day am a better speaker because of it.
