Help with my son's seborrheic dermatitis?

I would try a thin layer of Vaseline, it is pure and should not sting or hurt the scalp. Or, just as good would be mineral oil which is pure also and should not sting or hurt. Neither product has any perfume or unusual ingredients and the moisturization would probably soothe the babies scalp.
