Is it cooler to build a road or a human?

Men brag about building roads, houses, buildings - which is great for us and sucks for you. However women build, carry, and produce human beings. I think humans are a little more impressive than a big slab of concrete that any cave man can build if given the right instructions (ahem - by women).
