Can this cause of sterile?

When i got kick in the nut both my ball drops and scotum got longer. When i got kick it only hurt for 20 minutes and fine i can sit in the bench, and chair .The problem is still the same here right now scotum still long ball still in the bottom. When i sit down the chair the ball touch the bottom and it like is move. My nut had red veins look like blood. My nut aren't hard that much. Ya i can still ejaculation. My nut is somewhere easy to move going up and down since my scotum went big.My both nuts are like the same not growing. Right Now i am 17 year old. Am i sterile or going be fine forgot did it bleed or not because i used to not care. When i Masturbation sperm wont come out. O no could i be vasectomy.
