Should I tell my professors I have shingles?

I just found out I have shingles on my arm yesterday. The bumps barely appeared two days ago. So far I've been very tired and the pain has gotten worse. However, I don't want to get behind in my cles and think I can still manage if the pain doesn't get any worse. Should I tell my professors anyway?
