Overcoming this long car ride with motion sickness?

So I've always had a feeling when I'm on a long car ride in my stomach if I think about it that I'm gonna throw up. (I nvr do) however I get rlly rlly bad headaches. My throat gets dry and that feeling in the pit of my stomach. Putting my head inbetween my knees for 5 more hours will not help me.
