Can you get prego from a vibrator?

My friend (yes my friend, not me cuz I know how ppl always accuse the person asking that it's them; really, it is my friend) and her bf the other night were using her vibrator. The bf rubbed it on him and then she wiped it off then stuck it on her, but not exactly in all the way. But, she rubbed it off first.Then she was thinking and then asked me if she could get prego from a vibrator even if she wiped it off. I didnt know so I told her I would ask, so yah. Can you?
