When you say your certain about your beliefs, is it just because you want to be?

Absolutely. Christians admit it themselves. They're always saying stuff like, "You can't find God if you don't look for him and/or let him into your heart" which is basically admitting that people who don't believe in God are the people who aren't looking for him because they don't need him for moral/emotional support.
