Renault Laguna Wont start,how do i get it to start?

1st of all i lost the keys,so i called a locksmith who came out broke into the car then cut a key and programmed it by a computer.It was not a fob key that he used,but the original was a fob,but he said the immobilizer can be by ped anyway,that ain't a problem.Could not get the car to start.battery was dead,changed no good,there is power in the car,the lights are coming on,but it just wont start.Problem aswell this car has not been started in about 2 years now.Any ideas what i can do to get it started?
