How do scorpios handle rejection from the woman he loves?

Scorpio man and I fell in love, and everything was going excellent. We hit a few rough patches in the process of feeling out eachothers boundaries, subsequently we fixed them. We both relaized out intense feelings toward one another, and both became cautious of being hurt. I later found out he was "innocently" flirting with some women on the net. I do not tolerate that, he knows that, and he did it anyway. I now cut him out of my life completely. How do scorpios deal with THEM being ignored and stung?
